What do we offer?

Spiritual Direction is a space to sit with a compassionate listener who will use the practices of silence, reflection and discernment in helping you to find God’s presence and activity in your life. This is a Holy form of soul care. We will work together to find a safe space for you to hear from God, to rest in in quiet, sometimes in grief, sometimes in laughter God’s grace and freedom for your own life.

Both of the Ignatian Journeys below will offer you the same type of personal care as Spiritual Direction but it will be done through the lens of the Ignatian exercises which will take you  on a weekly journey as opposed to typically meeting once a month in Spiritual Direction.
